Management Programs

University of Phoenix offers an exciting and innovative variety of management programs. Adults seeking flexible educational solutions, as well as recent high school graduates seeking to build a solid educational base, will find programs available at all degree levels.*

University of Phoenix Programs in Management

At the associate's level, business and management degree programs include Associate of Arts concentrations in accounting; business; financial services; hospitality, travel and tourism; and sport management. These programs are designed to provide a foundation that prepares students for future educational achievement.

At the undergraduate level, Bachelor of Science in Business programs instruct students in the requisite knowledge, skills, and values to effectively apply various business principles and tools in an organizational setting. A wide variety of business and management bachelor's concentrations are available.

Working adults who qualify for graduate programs can earn an MBA, which includes several management concentrations, or their Master of Management degree. The Master of Management offers the following concentrations, as well as an international option*:

• Human Resources Management
• Public Administration

University of Phoenix also offers a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership program, which learners can complete online. Brief residencies in select U.S. cities are required to complete this doctorate.

For courses with in-class study opportunities, you can attend class at a local campus once per week, plus meetings with your learning team. Most campuses offer classes in the evening. Online courses enable you to learn from almost anywhere, as you'll log in several times a week to participate in class. You'll receive all assignments and course materials electronically and also participate in interactive learning online.
